I think Sterling knew exactly what he was doing, in both cases, watched it again last night.
When he "did" Raphinha, which is what he did, he put his hand up as it to say "sorry", but when I watched the replay he studded him right on the ankle. As for the Meslier challenge those are ones you can get away with as long as you don t get the keeper in the head.
