MolOverBeethoven the 1st photo of the bloke is outside Ask Italian/Yates at the junction of Cambridge Street/Division St & Barker's Pool, opposite the city hall. The 2nd photo of the bloke is about 20 metres around the corner outside Simmonites Butcher's opposite Wetherspoons. The first bit of the video is flipped, as they're walking up Barker's Pool with the city hall on their right hand side (not on their left).
I'm not 100% he's giving a nazi salute, it looks like 2 fingers. Anyhows he's being stupid. He's probably just pissed up, dressed in a daft manner and mouthed off to the wrong group at the wrong time, they've snatched his flag and given him a bit of a shoeing. He's not put up much of a fight and got kicked in the head a few times.
