Tit for tat incidents, easily visible on social media, can be used to make this a tangible issue in many more towns and cities.
The mildly racist, both poor and rich, are being played like an instrument by both the visible and hidden media.
Anybody with a different skin tone, or who just looks different, seems fair game to these manipulated groups.
The mildly racist seem empowered to take it a step further into abuse or violence.
Unsure why, but his just feels (unfortunately) stronger.
Maybe the increased access to mobile phones to spread and promote extreme images etc.
Hope I'm wrong and the population calms down.
