There was a guy called Azam on James O'Brien yesterday. From Leeds, Muslim, born in Jimmy's, his kids born in Jimmy's, civil servant. His office building was rumoured to be a target of these cunts so they were all told to stay home. Just a small thing. I don't know their legal status, and things might have been muddied somewhat by COVID, but a good starting point to de-escalate these protests & counter protests would be the making illegal of balaclava's and full face coverings. If they are illegal, then enforce the law. Danke.

From memory, Merseyside police had the city centre designated in that way.
