Travis_Bickle I don’t have an issue with training for competence. I do have an issue with hiding behind terminology that only the trained can understand when there’s no need to use such archaic and obscure terminology. Especially where those who are directly affected (plaintiffs, complainants, victims etc) haven’t a clue what is going on before they are fined, incarcerated or rejected. The air of superiority of many who hide behind this language adds to the feeling of impotence and ignorance of the clients. There’s no need for it.
