You can get combined CD players and streamers, but I'd go for two separate boxes.
So, based on what you wrote, you'd need 6 sockets, maybe in terms of (potential) upgrades, such as external power supplies for an amp (maybe), I'd factor in two spares.
So that's 8 sockets. You could run a 4 gang extension lead with DC blockers, depends how much 'foo' you want to get into.
My kit is all run on a 8 gang extension plugged into a mains socket, nothing fancy.
