Little moments where they aren't quite switched on or aren't quite giving it everything. The first goal, Harrison is tracking back but before the real danger unfolds he has missed the opportunity to get goalside, then it's too late. Firpo just lapsing in concentration for a moment and allowing the second goal scorer out of the corner far too easily, a part of the pitch he should be physically bullying the bloke without too much regard for winning the ball back. Just little things that are being punished.
Going back to Moscow White's main thrust, that even the likes of Dallas aren't on it even though he owes MB everything, the three leaders who owe MB as much as anyone are sat in the stand. Cooper whatever his limitations is a prescence in our defence that Llorente isn't, he would lead and pull everyone together. The same applies to Kalvin, and further up the pitch Bamford. The loss of these player's isn't just what they can bring in a footballing sense, they are a big part of the mentality needed to keep the rest of the players switched on and 100% honest.
