I watched a bit of the Spanish training camp video. Three things.....
He doesn't delegate at training, Cooper seemed to suggest it's all down to him. He even plays the balls in to start a repetition. It laughingly showed him coaching a 1 on 1 challenge with the words "ball or man ". He played a near suicide pass to player A and player B had to either get the ball or presumably tactically foul or clatter the player. The receiving player in the clip was very reluctant to get caught so didn't commit to mastering the ball. Sophisticated stuff.
He won't be dropping Cooper anytime soon, not if the way he spoke of him was sincere then hard luck Struijk.
Finally, the bit I watched was very much a Jesse Marsch propaganda/fluff piece. For some reason ten months on it had to revisit where we were when he came, why? It's a training camp video isn't it.
I haven't watched much of it so the later content is probably less Jesseganda.
