I saw every minute of Palmer's games for Leeds and I think he gets a bad rap. He was certainly no Batty but he was a decent midfielder, he just looked gangly and awkward. Those late goals he got in the space of a couple of weeks against Norwich and Villa I think got us into Europe. His snorter away at Wimbledon just happened to be out-snorted by Yeboah's cannonball.
