Aren't the other criminal issues between her and Epstein & Maxwell? Which have already previously been settled?

That's probably the next legal line of defence if the "that didn't happen" line in the sand has been crossed. This case is a civil case in the US so "beyond reasonable doubt" is replaced with the "I don't like the look of him" test of guilt.

Don't know if he's lying about this specifically as he's a greasy cunt and always sounds like a greasy cunt, but as has been pointed out on here already a few times, there's a royal protection team that could all stand up and say where they were on the nights in question, and the fact that hasn't happened yet does make me wonder.
