Sylvian, massive hero to me. Up there with Bowie. Live, saw Bowie once, Sylvian many times. Went to see Ryuichi Sakamoto at Sadler's Wells years ago. Asked the woman on the desk where we could get something to eat. She pointed some directions, so sat down, glass of wine, noodles etc. Then Sakamoto sits next to me! Turns out we were back stage for pre gig meal/drinks!!
Following week bumped into Bill Nelson, had a coffee and introduced me to his wife - used to be married to YMO drummer, Hari Hosono! Small world!!
