The point I try to make is that the white noise of it all does nothing to persuade those who are still undecided, further polarises politics and obscures the actual shite that's more important.

space both issues are important. The Health & Social Care bill is massively important and involves issues I suspect won't go away for a while.
Equally as important is the fact that the prime minister is a fool who regards the role as something of a joke. That matters because it affects how we are perceived the world over. Criticism of him isn't 'white noise'. It's a necessary part of politics and being in opposition.
The two are linked.
And in many ways, his buffoonery makes it easier for Tory MPs to rebel and to openly criticise. It may start to affect fundraising. It has already affected the Tory's press coverage, something even Dacre's return may not solve. It could cost them an election. They usually split into camps when it starts to go wrong. Johnson may become unattractive to all of them.

Why him? He's not that bright. There are many better, cleverer and more capable politicians within labour than him. He's just the student militant who failed to get a job after Uni and move on. He's very "right on" but fucking awful at politics and running things.

According to me, the majority of the electorate in general and the majority of his own voters. And I know others feel differently - it doesn't change the fact that the man is a fucking disaster whenever he gets a forum. Also he had to contend with the smears, internal backstabbing and a section of "supporters" who were saying they were happy to risk a Tory gov and vote a different way if he made any stance on Brexit at all.
