If Farage hadn't pulled the stunt he did by pulling out I'd wager Labour could have won.
Also he had to contend with the smears, internal backstabbing and a section of "supporters" who were saying they were happy to risk a Tory gov and vote a different way if he made any stance on Brexit at all.
