.....A senior Conservative MP has accused Number 10 of "blackmail", saying staff had threatened him and other colleagues over their opposition to Boris Johnson.

William Wragg urged MPs to contact the Metropolitan Police if they had been threatened or intimidated.

The chair of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee said Number 10 staff, special advisers and government whips had said there would be embarrassing stories released to the press if MPs did not support the prime minister.

He also said Number 10 had threatened to withdraw funding to his and other backbenchers' constituencies if they did not withdraw their opposition to Mr Johnson.

He said "the intimidation of a member of parliament is a serious matter", adding: "The reports of which I'm aware would seem to constitute blackmail."

Number 10 has been contacted for a response.

He's unfit because he's a liar. The examples are myriad and stretch back decades.
But the issues go beyond dishonesty. His inability to concentrate and master a brief was well-known. His tenure as foreign secretary was a car-crash. He has no moral compass. He is an entitled narcissist.
He wasn't happy with being a minister. He wanted to be leader. He lied throughout that leadership campaign.
He became leader. He did so because he will literally say anything to anyone at any time if it benefits him.
He continued to lie as leader. And to show a complete disregard for the rules that govern all of us, written and unwritten. He's still lying now. He is unfit for office.
Many of us have been saying this for years. We haven't forgotten why we told people that last week, last month or last year. Or the year before that and so on and so on.
I don't normally bite on stuff like this, but I get fucked off when, firstly, you make blanket accusations against 'Labour supporters' and, secondly, when you suggest that we're fickle lightweights just looking for something to be angry about.
Johnson, like Cameron before him, wants to fundamentally alter the very structure of government. He wants to do that so he can rig it for people like him. He is destroying so much that makes this country great. He undermines the rules, traditions and procedures that make our democracy, even now, the envy of the world.
You may not call me a cunt, but by saying what you do, you describe me as one.
