Well we said anyone who wants their name on the list can do so.
We never stipulated minimum input.
I've missed out on one review I didn't get round to. Haven't made it through the jazz album yet so it's not black and white.
If we try and make this overly complex we are fucked. The Thursday/Friday rules took a while to work out.
The more people contribute the better I agree but surely no one has time to referee it.
