I am going to change how I do this slightly, I will start posting the names further in advance, so people have more notice.
It will go something like this.
To Post on Thursday 16th February
First Dibs X
Second Dibs Y
Third Dibs Z.
If either XY or Z can do it the following week, they should claim the slot, all three should claim the slot, but if X claims it they get to go, if X doesn't and Y claims it Y goes.. The slot can be claimed up until 6am Tuesday morning. Then they post as usual on Thursday 16th Feb. Is this as simple as my mind thinks it is?
