As already stated, we can't expect other teams to do us a favour. Leeds, on paper, have a good enough squad to move up the table. It's the goals against that is the problem. Having said that, surely the beheaders' new playthings are going to put the 'ammers to the sword, aren't they?

My lad is the "strawberry blond" side of ginger. He's been referred to as "The Squirrel" or "Angry Squirrel" since he was a tot. We have found that low level piss taking from loved ones and encouragement to give it back has armoured him against abuse from life's unwashed.

Everton: Dyche's experience quite likely to be enough to get them organised
Leicester: manager spouts management-speak but very experienced. Have Maddison back. Decent players
Wolves: manager not experienced in Prem but very solid record in Spain. A lot of good players
West Ham: Moyes shows signs of marshalling them.
I'd expect all of the the above to have enough to have pulled away from danger by at the latest the final couple of games.

For us I'm worried that Marsch's dogmatism regarding not wanting width, the press and rush, and the fact we haven't strengthened enough at the back to see us in trouble till the end. Forest, I think, are actually likely to hobbled by their further increase in the window to their excess of players. Today and the Queen's death memorial return match from Sept might well determine things.
I don't hate Marsch but I think that in the end he might prove to be a hindrance to us staying up. Really, really hope I'm wrong.

Cooley I know it's a joke, we are all used to it from being kids. I also understand that if you replace ginger with black or gay some of the jokes doesn't seem right. Not the mild ribbing from you Cooley but there's worse out there. Trav sees it with his young un.

A year ago they looked at the situation and didn't spend in January because they thought we had enough to stay up. They have probably done a similar reckoning that Marsch and new signings gets ūs over the line, when do they bail on that?

Raposa i would imagine he has had conversations months ago, Not because he didnt have faith in Marsch, but surely you have contingency plans for every scenario? Marsch to USA national team for example? IF we don't win today i can't see how he can survive?
