Impressive stuff. Radcliffe were looking like they were going to run away with that division.

I managed to get on Bamber Bridge v FCUM.. A 3 3 draw with Bamber Bridge getting a man sent off in the usual style.
Some of the FC players seem to believe they've made the prem. A lot of diving, screaming and whinging.
My chance of international football last week was cancelled as Charnock Richard's pitch succumbed to the weather and the game v the Isle of Man was postponed.

Placid An all-round great performance last night and an excellent response to being robbed in Fergie-time at FsCUM on Saturday. (Having watch the video reply, I had never previously realised that some people had a hand in the middle of their back and that this was a possible way of conceding a penalty.)

Guiseley are now up to 5th and in the play-off places.

@Loose_Lips Me and the fam are in Whitby 27th/28th for walk on the beach, pubs and some snap. Any good reccomendations. For pubs and restaurants.

I was there 2 weeks ago.
On my numerous excursions there. I've had good food in the White Horse + Griffin and the Marine Bar + restaurant.
I'm not fond of any of the pubs there, so take your pick.
Abbey Wharf is a good spot for fish n chips.

Placid Ditto is a great restaurant. Montmatre decent little bar, on abbey side. Menswear shop - Nordsjon, worth a look with your Christmas money

Town Side
Arch and Abbey probably mixes ponce with normal pretty well
Waiting Room (owned the by the lads above and is hand pulled ale only) on the station
Beer O'Clock - semi ponce place just opened finindingnits feet
Esk Vault - again got the right drinks but very quirky

Abbey Side
Green Dragon (tiny ponce pub and can shop)
White Horse and Griffin (tiny pub but serving Taylors)
Duke of York for a more standard fare place but been renovated

Food
White Horse and Griffin - very upmarket pub food
Marine - nice restauarnt on the river
Pizza West - top end pasta and pizza

Fish and Chips
Hadleys - best sit in I think. Exceptional curry sauce.

I think I'll get the lads up and cover every pub. I tend to avoid the pubs for no reason that I have a 5 year old in tow.

The black and white one opposite the train station next to Trenchers fish and chips was good for a local one.

First football match for my 5 year old.

Surprisingly he lasted a full half. And enjoyed it. Hot chocolate. Goalless in that half. But cold. Magical stuff.
