I think my original comments were correct. They intend to sue the Prem on the grounds that they're no longer in the Prem so can't be touched this season and then when they've gone up sue the EFL because they are no longer in the Championship next season.

I really hope the cunts fail to get promoted just for the hubris.

Talking to a Leicester fan in the local last night (a few round this neck of the woods).
He’d been to the game and said they were shit yesterday and have been for a few weeks.
He also had an interesting take on their impending punishment and reckoned they’d be better taking the points deduction this season and dropping into the playoffs and taking their chances that way.
Preferential to having to sell Dewsbury Hall etc in the summer, not being able to buy anyone and then start next season with the predicted 10 or even 12 points deduction.
