Ipswich’s next two opponents, Hull and Coventry, play each other on Weds. One of them at least will be out of the playoff running after that, other than perhaps mathematically. Best result for us would be a Hull win, which would put them 3 points behind 6th, ahead of playing Ipswich at Saturday teatime. Depending on Fri/Sat results, Ipswich might then go to Coventry 4 points behind us and desperate for a win to stay on our coattails, with potential for their heads going.
