What would happen if we did? We all know that nothing will happen, that football is tribal. We know they are unaccountable. We know what and where Webb and his refs have been and have been doing. Which hospitality suites they have been in, in which countries they have been in - how is that allowed to happen? Would that happen in rugby (the sport that is). No fucking way.
This is about sporting integrity.
What if we put some pressure on them, or kept the pressure up, kept it in the news. Would 'we' be in a better negotiating position to affect change?
What if a precedent could be set? Jurgen knows it won't get replayed, he's said that today. But, which approach could cause a fracture towards your wish of getting VAR fucked off - silence, or putting some pressure back on them?
