From the opening bars, the words seldomly heard these days - “poodle rock” (I assume so-called due to the aficionados predilection for soft perms) - sprang to mind.
I don’t know if this was ever of its time. Saying that, I suspect this is still going down a storm in Australia. There again, that’s not much of an endorsement, considering the mullet is still the preferred hairstyle for the majority of adult Australian males, and many females.
