Starmer has deliberately stripped out all dissenting voices from the party relating to Israel under the banner of combating anti-semitism, Labour Friends of Israel are an extremely powerful group within the party (and therefore the next government) and Israel has shown itself to be one of, if not the most powerful country in the western world in the last 6 months.
