90Piesanhour The way the security council is set up means that one veto knocks any action on the head (the chinks, russians and yanks will always chuck a veto in if they think it serves their political interest). It's hard enough to get a resolution through let alone action. And if they do the pariah states such as israel ignore them anyway.
