Foxy_Dread Raposa I disagree, in that case the defender cannot make a challenge in case the attacker follows through and makes contact. I'd say it's Kane who initiates the final contact.
MolOverBeethoven Raposa Dutch I may be, deluded I am not. Take the win of the decision. But it's never a penalty.
Raposa Foxy_Dread Disagree all you want. All the players claimed it, VAR spotted it and the ref had a good hard look and gave it. It’s an obvious free kick outside the box so by default a penalty inside it. To be clear, if you raise your foot high and miss the ball catching your opponent’s foot instead your gonna be penalised. I don’t make the rules mate.
Foxy_Dread Walkers shove on Akii or whatever he's called almost on half time was more of a penalty, a clear push when no attempt to tackle with the feet. That's not football, the use of arms by defenders is the biggest deterrent on attacking play. I mean attacking flair.
Bod playing surprisingly well, Foden looks good and Saka dangerous. Harsh penalty, does this mean a player can't challenge for the ball when Kane goes for a shot. Awful
space Bod Like any other tackle. You can challenge for the ball - that's fine. If you get the ball, all good. If you miss and take out the player then it's a foul.
Foxy_Dread space Kane makes the contact. It's fucked up if they are the rules. MOM to the physio who got Harry fit enough to take the penalty. What the physio didn't come on? But Harry was writhing in agony, he must have needed treatment.
space To be fair, having been cleared off the goal line and hit woodwork, I think the luck has evened out over 45 minutes.
