Anchor I think overall he’s a decent chap, but he has obvious lifestyle weaknesses/choices which he needs to address.
The more I see of him & hear him, he obviously loves football. But I don’t think that he’s got what it takes to manage at a high level. No disgrace in that. He might need to take the Nigel Clough route if he wants to stay in the business.
It might be worth him having a chat with a few people and spend the next 12 months getting his head & body right.
