When I go back to my childhood village in February, I will be checking out the small oak tree I loved climbing when little, mainly because it was so easy. It's site means it must surely still be there barring disease.

Other favourite trees were ones we used as goal posts. I think they are all still there.

Gotta love a tree. If you read ‘The Secret Life of Trees’ you’ll never look at one the same way again. They are much cleverer than us. 🎄🌳🍃🍁

90Piesanhour Never seen a team of them win a pub quiz.

cordshoes That's cos you weren't looking carefully enough; couldn't see the wood for the trees, maybe?

Misura

What's that's the name of that dance tune that someone posted on here, which may have been a Wetherall favourite. It sounds like 'In a Forest' by the Cure, and the video is of a black & white vampire film. Possibly done by a south american DJ.

Let's not waste my time & fuck me about, eh? Danke. R&R.

Misura the lot of you can take a long aimless run/cycle off of a short pier, as far as i'm concerned. No matter how much graft you put in, if you're not in the clique on here, and you want something doing, you have to do it yourself...

Ricardo Villalobos, the Chilean DJ's version. Video from Nosferatu.

Weatherall remix.

Thanks @Misura 👍

For what it's worth, I searched for a full hour last night and ended down some rabbit holes.

I even ended up on Reddit listening to a whole lot of nonsense.

Still at least it kept me away from the Arsenal fam griping.

Misura

Flaneur apologies, I appreciate your effort.

As an aside @Flaneur , as a man of the world, and one who has their finger on the pulse of the street. Who was the sports person that had a bit of bother at their house on a gated development in Freshfields, Formby last November?

CBIT

Misura ha - i wondered that when i read the report on Slot not taking Klopps gaff (which they'd bought off Rodgers who bought off Gerrard)

Flaneur

Misura Not sure, missed that.

What you heard? You thinking Gerrard and links to the Kinahan Cartel?

Misura

This was the attack...

https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/suspects-flee-after-arson-attack-28168872

and it's referenced in this report...

**In November last year CCTV footage was shared online which showed a group of men setting fire to the home of a well known sportsman in the Freshfield area of Formby.

Locals told MailOnline that the firebombing of the house increased the sense of 'unease' in the area although there is nothing to suggest Byrne had a hand in the arson attack.**

Stevie G lives in a house that is directly accessible from the road (through gates obvs). The attack doesn't appear to be have been reported to the Police, as it doesn't show up on the crime stats for the postcode.

Flaneur

And did you buy that hi-fi that you put up here (Arcam?), or are you still looking?

Misura

Flaneur No, never got around to it.

Flaneur

Misura Money and wrong 'uns.

Liverpool is a very scary place.
