Honesty think the 60s stuff is from a playlist I’d made that probably played on repeat with the sound off and the browser still open.
It says I listened to music for the equivalent of 20 hours one day in Sept. I don’t think I’ve been awake that long in one day for ages.

No. I usually sleep in blocks of 3 or 4 hours. Its ok. As long as I get 6+ hours sleep im ok.

If Im catching a train etc. I always wake 1 hour before alarm goes off.. today for example.

Im not worried of anxious about anything. Which is surprising as theres always some shit to deal with.

My top pick was Salvia Palth, who I’d never heard of before. My daughter says she listens to them when she’s nodding off. Not bad actually. She also loves Arctic Monkeys, so they were second. Then mine make up the next three, all rather predictably boring, Michael Head, Talking Heads and The Cure. It’s made me determined to be more adventurous next year.
