AndreWeimaraner I think for Farke to achieve survival in the PL practically the whole team needs replacing. Slot them individually into a functioning PL team and they'd cope, but as a group with a few positions strengthened I think they struggle. Under FFP can we give Farke the new team he needs? If not then replacing Farke is the alternative.
Were the displays at WBA and Burnley acceptable pragmatism or signs of a manager who doesn't believe in the squad and his own tactical acumen?
Was the playoff final performance entirely predictable, and should Farke have been preparing solutions or was it acceptable to double down on a style that Southampton seemingly had the measure of.
What was Norwich's playing style when promoted? How did Farke adapt this in the fight for PL survival?
What went wrong for Farke at Gladbach? Are there any signs of parallel's with his performance at Leeds?
I think it comes down to how ambitious the board are. Their introduction to Leeds was with Bielsa, will they be asking themselves how can we achieve a similar but different impact with the right coach? Can we do that with Farke?
I'm of the mindset that what will be will be, I'm also of the impression that the club is going in a numbers orientated direction, the recruitment has been very good, that's not an accident. I firmly believe they will have asked questions along the lines of those I pose above, along with better questions that they have the data to formulate answers on. If I have my take on where the board and the number geeks are now Farke is a goner at the end of the season.
