My son, aged 14, very much the target market, has had the home shirts for the past 4 of the past 5 seasons (and a lot previously) and is underwhelmed. Says he’s going to wait to see what the away and third are like, and get one of. them.

I don't think I've bought a home shirt since we signed Robbie Fowler - I remember because I had his name put on the back to piss off all the Everton supporters in my family - they were angry that he didn't sign for them. I've only bought the nicer of the yellow away shirts, and sorry about this but I always quite like the quirky third kits.

Raposa just passed shop and was on about that to our lass. Both saying if they put the smiley badge on it probably sell loads more. Which got us on to badges. So gents, Is there any club that has changed their badge as dramatically as ours over the last 50 years?

otis I'd say that most clubs has done this to be honest. I googled Reading badges, the most random team I could think of. They're all completely different.

I've never really liked the Smiley Leeds badge.

I love it.
It’s Leeds, it’s iconic and synonymous with an era when we were the best around.
My first Leeds kit was the all yellow away one with the smiley badge and of course the obligatory sock tags.

That said, I have a tattoo of the Yorkshire rose badge.

Can’t abide the current badge… wasn’t that Ridsdales brainchild?
