Another rather tenuous link, but I’m hoping I'll escape with a warning… the last selection was The Assembly featuring Julice, so here’s another act ‘featuring’

I really can’t recall how I dropped on this. I know nothing about Lord Large, and can only assume they came to be involved with Dean Parrish as he had recorded “I’m on my way,” which I gather was an absolute staple at Wigan casino.

Apparently Paul Weller wrote it, before he got The Jam going.

Anyway, as a confirmed non-Soul boy, I absolutely love it.

Done a bit of a shallow dive on him. Currently playing keyboard with squeeze and has played with the likes of Paul Heaton, Rebecca Ferguson, Paloma Faith , Babyshambles and many more. Plus lots of jazz.
Downloaded the album, Lord's first 11, now, skipping quickly through the tracks, think I'm really going to enjoy it .
