He's 19 and a clear talent but is he ready to take the next step?

His team, Decathlon, is not balanced in my opinion. They have sent a Sprinter, Kooij, and given him support. The climbing support for Seixas could have been better. Felix Gall for example.

Anyway - I love the tour and can't wait.
