American IPA malts, English ale yeast, some Coopers BE2, some extra light spray malt topped off with dextrose, dry hopped with 2oz Sorachi Ace hops and 2oz of Mandarina Bavarian hops. It's not got a name yet but it's a fecking beautiful.
This is the last of the Japanese and German hops. I'm moving to more trad British hops when I get back from holiday.
