Those poncy can beers have a winning hand - they taste of something different, in the main. The citrus fruit IPA's are fucking tremendous.

I parted with £3.25 for a can of Beaverton Bloody 'Ell Blood Orange IPA the other day. It was cracking. Don't tell the wife though, eh.

Rumbled. No doubt that a lot of very expensive beer sells on the back of 'clever' can design. I've wasted enough brass now to know who makes decent stuff and to work out what I like. Plenty of emperor's new clothes stuff with the whole 'craft ale' thing....

I love it - I think it is great - really freshened things up - real ale was getting staid - like it or hate these craft ales taste of something.

Not a big fan of Wetherspoon joints. Have we tried the Shipyard pale ale there ? Proper. 2.69 a pint.

Couple of weeks ago when it was scorching I nipped out at night in the car for milk and bread. Parked up, walked straight past Morrisons, straight into Brexit Spoons and had a pint of Shipyard. Took thirty seconds, hit the spot and back to Morrisons, belching.

I am on the hunt for that at present.
