I think with the craft beers it is finding some you like and also maybe it is not stuff you'd drink all night. Like a sour for example - I enjoy a few but would not want ten of them, Likewise a ginger ale in the real ale world.
I love NEIPA's - they taste fresh and fruity to me, with the different yeast strain they use. I could drink that all night. However I am not a massive fan of DIPA's or Imperial IPA's - some can taste murky and dank - they are supposed to but that is not my thing. Some are Ok - Cloudwater do a nice DIPA as is that Thornbridge up there.
