CharlieG Anchor I really liked it. Smooth, sweetish and creamy without that, slightly, "burnt" taste that you sometimes get with dark beers.
Foxy_Dread Charlie can you test some of the other Sadler's stuff out please. The local supermarket is full of them, i've resisted them for the past two years, will possibly give them a try if you'll be my guinea pig.
cordshoes Loose Lips, another mate who lives near you gets 3 Litre bags of beers from the place opposite the end of your road. Will try to get a picture (pitcher?).
Harvest Got these, amongst other things, chilling in the fridge. I tried it a few months back and seem to recall it was bang on.
cordshoes Anchor wasnt trying to be clever. Hard enough work in a supermarket at present, without being disappointed. Aldi Choceur chocolate is made by Thorntons. Keep it quiet though.
