Bod Reggie_Perrin have you been reading all the tips and tricks, using bottled water, starting the yeast off before adding, mixing the cleaner with hot water, adding extra sugar, cold crashing etc, etc ?
Reggie_Perrin Bod Yeah, longer conditioning and easing the valve. I like the comments where they have done like 10 perfect brews as opposed to folk who are moaning that not following the instructions has made suit beer.
