Had a day out here yesterday.

The main museum & art gallery. Half of it shut, but not bad. I didn’t realise Brum made so much. An easy 2hours.
The Wellington. What a cracking old school boozer.
The coffin museum. Then some book shops & record shops. Recommend Swordfish Records massive second had ones with CDs & vinyl. Really good.
Nice pint of stout in the jewellery quarter , then on the bus to the balti mile. One of the best curry’s I’ve had. Back to the wellington for another pint & the train home.
But less of that.

I don't get the Wellie love in. It's a chain pub and the chain has largely shit beer.

However they have another called The Craven Arms that is ace. It's behind the Mailbox.
