Gone.

From a club falling apart to one with prospects.... according to his interview...

Seems to have been a very influential interview as Austin now appears to be on his way to the thriving Wigan Athletic.

There are only 4 players in our squad that you would fight to keep hold of, and he is not one of them.

Reggie_Perrin

Wigan thriving? 7 points off safety, 10 points behind us, very old owner who will have his kids in his ears telling him to stop spending money on the club.

I apologise for my mindless post which indicated that Leeds United midfield general Rodolph Austin was to join Wigan going back to their roots Athletic.

It was a simple error of judgement based on a belief that a report that seemed to originate on Sky Sports news would be correct.

I have no excuse and can only apologise for the distress caused when it fact it just turned out to be shite.

Reggie_Perrin

Cellino values him at £10m based on what? Having heard £8m being mentioned 2 years ago?

Mitaman

Based on two good 'sales' like this and he has got this football club for free..presumably.

It's all leading up to another exciting season of selling off the young talent, bringing in some more Austin/Morison donkeys and aiming for a 15th place finish. Can't wait.

NR stated previous that MC (on the QT) was interested in the youth set-up, I'm not surprised, he's assessing the potential diamonds.
