Swiped from another LU forum. I think one of the 'reporters' has been sniffing too much glue, you'll see further down. :lol:Leeds will sign Brendan Moloney from Nottingham Forest, along with Nick Montgomery on a free and Billy Sharp for approximately £750k, although Sheffield United are holding out for 7 figures. Their biggest coup of the window will be the bulk loan signings from Arsenal – Sanchez Watt, Wojcech Schzesny, Jay Emanuel–Thomas and Paul Rodgers will all join Grayson. Rumour is also that a swap deal will take place between Leeds and Swansea City, with Grella going to the Swans and Gorka Pintado moving to Elland Road. Dave jones of Newtown (welsh premier) has been at leeds uniteds training ground all day today. he said its an amazing place and is really excited about a possible deal. word around newtown fc is that £15,000 has been agreed as a fee with the two clubs. Leeds are currently negoitiating the potential transfer of Shlomi Arbeitman Israeli Striker left footed over 6ft On December 12, he held the highest "Goals Per Minute" score worldwide for 2010 based on the criteria of imscouting.com, scoring every 64.17 minutes on average Leeds to re–sign harry kewell and lee bowyer. Kewell's wife and kids are homesick and want to move back to England seeing as they are from Yorkshire. With McLeish wanting to move up and challenge for Europe, Bowyer is not needed. Also going to sign Chris Wood on loan from West Brom, Tommy Spurr from Sheff Wed and Kevin Phillips as a player/coach. Robert Huth from Stoke to leeds to partner Patrick kisnorbo in centre of defence. Leeds are looking to replace Jermaine Beckford with Joseph–Desire Job, but face competition from Bristol City and Cardiff. In: Nathan Tyson (Forest, 600k) Billy Sharp (Sheff Utd, undisclosed) Sanchez Watt (Arsenal, Loan) Nathan Delfouneso (Aston Villa, Loan) Michael Brown (Portsmouth, £250k) LEEDS UNITED are close to completing the signing of Striker GARY HOOPER from Scunthorpe United for a fee of £1.5m on a Three–Year Deal.

He must be if he thinks Kewell will be welcomed back to ER That's a lot of players coming in Micheal Brown dirty bar steward he'll be sent of most weeks Out of all those players barring the Swansea lad who i don't know nothing there to get excited about except Hooper from Scunthorpe maybe Arsenal's loanee's ?Hooper's got better the higher he's gone up the league's whereas Sharp couldn't handle the pressure playing for a small club like Sheffield United Twice .He does ok at even smaller clubs .I would't touch him personally

Those above are taken from that ridiculous 'football rumours' site and copied and pasted. Sharp is definitely a target [no news there] as is Andy Keogh. We are also very close to signing a young ex-premiership left back. I'm quite happy to PM his name to Reggie.

Keogh understudied Smiff and Dukes, never got a kick...

Billy Sharp's Wiki entry has been edited to say 'Soon to play for Leeds United'...Either Sharp or Hooper, i think it's unfair to write Sharp off for failing at Blunts. Lots of strikers have - bit like Boro. However as Sharp will command around half the fee of Hooper, I'd say he's more likely.Brown may indeed be a cunt - be he could be our cunt!Keogh has grown up lots since he left - he's more Becchio than Beckford though.Mol - please say the left back isn't Lowry. Or can I just not see it in him?

Left back - Tommy Spurr ?

I can see Kewell coming back to be honest, and lazy fook or not, a left footed midfielder is always a good thing to have. But Bowyer? I'd rather see us docked another 25 points then have Rat Boy back.

I'm sure Kewell would be made very welcome.

Crappy papers I will object too but I ain't standing in the way of the all powerful."Welcome, unknown Scottish player to our football club!"(Cue some smart arse with stats showing me he's the hottest thing since really hot stuff).
