Reggie_Perrin One of the biggest cons of the Premier League is that now everyone tries to be a football finance expert, evaluating wages and fees and weighing up balance sheets and what "we" can afford, and comparing all this with other teams and what they pay. Not my job, all I'm interested in is the football, so get White bought for whatever he costs, he's fucking great and you can see how close the team are (looks to me like him n Kalvin might actually be a couple! I hope they're very happy together...), reckon that's priceless entering the Prem. Radz can worry about the finances, seems he has his head screwed on - of course I understand Leeds fans are wary cos of what happened 20 years ago but me giving a toss about the finances won't make a blind bit of difference. Get Marcelo whatever he wants, plenty of young pliable players who will take on his methods and vision, sleep pods and cottages and cryogenic chambers at Thorp Arch, try and make sure there'll be continuity in management culture after Bielsa leaves (3 Hail Marys) and then spunk whatever it takes to get the expensive players he does want. And have a massive bonus incentive for the players like they did for last season.
This is not a dig at anyone but I try and remember why I love football and avoid what I detest, makes it more enjoyable for me.
