Apart from theatrics, Grealish just doesn't appear to be a particularly likeable person. I think it was in their physche that it's an act of weakness, of cheating. Drogba was a cunt for it at Chelsea. From memory the worst Leeds players for it, apart from Adryan, that was ridiculous, were Kewell, Snodgrass, Beckford Clich, McCluskey - Neil Sullivan was also regularly picked out by invisible snipers.
