My thinking is that if Drameh and his agents pushed the loan with buy option move; they're fools. There are enough examples of young players leaving Leeds for greener pastures that have then disappeared into the great unwashed without so much as a drum roll. The whole plus side of playing for Leeds is the coaching and teaching that they'll never get anywhere else. I wish him well tho; hope it works out for him.

Looks like Bielsa wanted Drameh go stay, so he got his agents involved, so got him a loan to Cardiff. Like I said before, I doubt he'll be back at Leeds now. Does he really think he's going to walk into the first team and play regular, surely it's all about development and great training

I think I'd be more exited if we scored a goal scoring creative midfielder instead of someone who doesn't create chances and has played a dozen games in three seasons. A useful squad player and cover for Kalvin if he's injured and if Forshaw is still fit, nothing more than that.

I was just thinking. If a top club wants one of our players, Phillips, Raph, Meslier, Struijk, Cresswell, Geldhart etc they better be quick and with a very big offer because if we do have to sell, we'd only have to sell one and the shop would then shut tight.

Leeds United have had a £15 million offer for US men’s national team forward Brenden Aaronson rejected by Red Bull Salzburg, The Athletic understands.

The club remain intent on signing the forward despite their first offer being rejected.

Aaronson, 21 has three goals and seven assists in 26 appearances across all competitions this season for Salzburg, who lead the Austrian Bundesliga by 14 points.

He has 10 goals and 12 assists in in all competitions since signing for Salzburg from Philadelphia Union last January.

An afterthought on the international level at the start of 2021, Aaronson has fought his way into the United States set-up. He has two goals and one assist in World Cup qualifying and is one of just two American players along with RB Leipzig midfielder Tyler Adams to appear in all eight matches thus far in the CONCACAF Octagonal.

He is expected to be a part of the US team for their upcoming qualifiers at the end of the month.

RB Leipzig and AC Milan have also been linked with Aaronson.

EEPW Rodrigo without doubt. Bigger saving on wages and a solid fee. I just don't see what he gives us. He also seems to be down the pecking order. Roberts probably too as as much as he works hard, we've shown more goal threat with three wingers up top. If he doesn't have the goalscoring instinct you can't coach it.

Chopper_Read Agreed, particularly if it allowed us to publicly close the shop to deter offers for our crown jewels. Interestingly that would only have been KP and Raph last year, I'd say you can add Struijk, Meslier, and maybe James, Cresswell and Koch.
