Transfer Rumours/Signed

l.q.navarro.

Sounds like we have another American in midfield.

Travis_Bickle

Town getting in on the American player act....

Harvest

I know it's a showreel but yeh, he looks ok.

Harvest

This Sinisterra signing seems close too by all accounts. Can't keep up.

l.q.navarro.

Harvest I wonder if they're going to sell Harrison ? If we could get 30 million, I'd cash in.
One good game in 8 doesn't cut it in this league.

Mitaman

Loose_Lips do we lose 60m if he stays?

Harvest

Adams on his way in.

Not sure what's happening re a striker.

Djpekingman

I think Jackie boy does alright over the season, 8 league goals in each of his last 3 seasons plus various cup goals is not bad for a wide midfielder.

Loose_Lips

Djpekingman I agree.

I think he offers a lot more than described.

Foxy_Dread

Id rather try and get 15m for Dan James first.

Bod

Need a back up striker and an experienced goalkeeper like Foster, that would be a good transfer session then.

white_dragon

I thought Foster would be ideal. We definitely need a striker, not just a back up . No guarantee we get enough games out of Bamford next season either.

Harvest

Harrison reminds me of the latter period of Gary Speed's Leeds career, one good game in three or four. He's hit and miss. I like him as a bloke, he's just incredibly frustrating to watch sometimes.

Foxy_Dread

Harvest on the days he frustrates you do you feel the team get a decent shift out of him until it gets to the final third? I don't go to games so won't pick up on this as well as people in the ground.

king_of_the_slums

I like Harrison, take his goals away and we would have gone down, he turned at least 2 or 3 games and ones where Rapha's head went..

Harvest

Foxy_Dread Yeh possibly. He's a bit like Huckerby in that respect. Gets himself in blind alleys.

Bod

Like Foxy said, I'd rather sell James before Harrison, he's been a complete waste of money in my opinion, likewise Rodrigo

Raposa

Bod
Not sure about Rodrigo but Bielsa seemed to be pushing for the James deal and on more than one occasion.
Is that a reflection on Bielsa’s poor judgement on this one or has he simply underperformed?
Just putting it out there.

Foxy_Dread

Raposa he isn't here to work with him and try and improve him, he got nowhere with him last season though. But anyone who was keen on signing him showed poor judgement.

I don't think he was terrible last year but unlike others I think that's as good as he is. I hold no hope of improvement.

king_of_the_slums

I like James too, he's a Bielsa player, he'll do a Bamford before long..

l.q.navarro.

James has hardly played in his proper position.
His pace scares defences. Useful to have that outlet, when we're defending a lead.
In his proper role. I'd persist. Yes he's final ball needs to be better.
I mentioned Harrison, because I get the impression some clubs are sniffing round.
