hendersonjones Foxy_Dread Leeds valued him between 25/30 million when he first went on loan at Everton , everton won’t pay over 10 million , he was heading back to Leeds if we got promoted
Chopper_Read Victor Orta may have valued him at 25-30 million, but I don't think he's worth 10. Didn't see many other clubs interested.
Djpekingman Chopper_Read That was also before FFP and all that shit really started to hit home. People were paying silly money for garbage. We all know that feeling.
Chopper_Read Obvs the after Orta effect then if Leeds thought Harrison was worth that much. Like Llorente and Roca being worth nearly 30 million!
Harvest Bod Him and that fat mess Mckennie both played really well against Forest at home. And that was it really.
CBIT Leeds United can confirm Marc Roca has joined Spanish La Liga outfit Real Betis, for an undisclosed fee. Roca spent the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Estadio Benito Villamarín and has now agreed a permanent move.
CBIT Leeds United can announce Sonny Perkins has joined Sky Bet League One side Leyton Orient on loan, for the 2024/25 campaign.
king_of_the_slums It could have been us, but not just that, what a reveal video from Palace's media team. I don't normally dig all that anime shit, but it feels like a good fit for South London. Just won themselves 10's of thousands of Japanese fans in the process..
Foxy_Dread How good is Rodon? I didn't get to watch many of last season's games properly. I do have some reservations.
Raposa Foxy_Dread Arguably the most consistent player last season. In my humble that’s a good signing and softens the blow of Gray leaving somewhat. As you say be good to get Strujik fully fit and back as that represents a top pairing at centre back.
Foxy_Dread Harvest I was very impressed with his performance when we were 1 down at Preston, he took it upon himself to drive us forward and then took responsibility for the penalty.
white_dragon Not a bad bit of business. Gray in all honesty is potentially going to be a good player. We only got about the same for Phillips, who was the finished article. We needed Rodon back, consistent and stays fit. Does this deal sort the ffp out ?
Foxy_Dread white_dragon I'd say Gray is already a good player. There is no doubt in my mind he oozes class, he has the physicality to go with it. In a nutshell he doesn't need to improve he just needs the opportunities. What we don't know in all of this is what input Farke has had in the sale.
