Harvest Always reminded me of a when I played as a kid, there were only about 5 of us having a kick-a-about on one of the full size pitches on the rec. There was a massive special school next door called Moor Grange in Hurst Green. One of the teachers came over and said do you fancy a game. OK we said thinking there'd be maybe a team of between 5 and 11. Nope. There were hundreds of the bastards. But it was like playing a murmuration. Wherever the ball went the whole lot of them would follow. So we played goalkeeper, two at the back, two up front. Let them have the ball at half way and they inevitably booted it up front and the whole lot of them chased it. Our defenders just used to put their foot on the ball then before they got too close hoof it over the top of them to the forwards. By the time they realised what was happening we'd nipped up their end and scored. Just like what other teams did to us when Marsch was in charge.
