Do we know he's on 70K a week - or is it tap-room chatter?
If he was on 70K last year, he'd be on more now, but 70K keeps getting knocked around.
His Dad's worth 11 billion pounds - doubt he's looking at his contract with a council-estate mentality and looking to squeeze the club. But agree, it kind of prices him of a move to say, Wrexham.
Also, he might not want to go to Wrexham. The PL suits his style of play more than EFL.
If i was all about the money, he'd have been off to a Miami or any one of the Saudi teams, season before last.
Whilst he wears the white shirt and gets the club, whilst obviously putting a shift in (look at the size of him), I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I see him playing a Joss / Dallas style role this year.
