Bod just have a wander mate. It's small and very pretty. Decent market square, walk to the castle and take in the view of the river (breathtakingly pretty) then walk down to the river, have a row on the river, maybe Mother Shipton's Cave. Not far from Harrogate too so you could go to the spa bath.
