ACTHUNG - Very nerdy dull post
A bit of a meh day today so decided to go for a little trudge in the countryside. Chose the Yorkshire Wolds, a funny place they are. Quite open and eerie. Lots of sky and open farm land. very gently rolling.
I wanted to go to the place where Hockney did some of his "trees" pictures.
Most notable thing on a pretty boring dull day was "Gas Guns" that the farmers use to scare birds off. Never seen these before but could hear them all walk.
Also noticed that the small woods dotted on the landscape all had s similar shape, streamlined from west to east. Mad that, the trees have all grown to a specfic shape to help one another, much like how birds fly in formation for the most effective and efficent way to fly, the trees seem to have grown to protect against the wind.
I am a massive nerd.
