I had dodgy feet. Went to a podiatrist who was brill. Gave me some excercises to do (I didnt). But main thing was put supports in your shoes to support the fallen arch. Just some off amazon in my every day trainers has worked wonders..

Can walk for miles now no bother

The best trainers I have for comfort are Nike, Ive got some Air Max Golf that I wear a lot plus some Nike SB’s. With the sb’s I put these in:
