Morrissey - Ringleader of the Tormentors. Have now lost the will to live. For many years I have been a morrissey apologist. I still consider some his recorded output both with the Smiths and solo to be excellent. Unlike many, I thought the Smiths were shit live - they couldn't get anywhere near the recorded sound and the sight of grown men fighting over a gladioli and emerging from a scrummage beaming like a cheshire cat and holding a broken and withered stalk will stay with me forever. But I digress - what a maudlin, self pitying piece of shit this album is - every track seems to centred around morrissey's preparedness to die because he is worthless. Don't just talk about it, you shaft of darkness -- do it. Please.

The Coral - Butterfly House. Lovely CSN vibe to it, real warmth and depth. Bet it sounds great on vinyl ;)

Can you tell the difference between something played on vinyl, cd, or mp3?Would you take a Pepsi challenge?
fuzzy
Definitely can at home with things I've got in different formats but if I took a challenge i'd be likely to come unstuck and become fooled . I'm quite easily fooled. Only this morning I was fooled by a simple rectangle.

What is it that you can hear that makes you realize it's vinyl - is it the crackle and hiss - or is it the quality of the sound?
